Salmon wow! My mom says “you love salmon?” I say not love, but I like it especially ‘Oven-baked salmon’. A baked salmon is very easy and full of flavor- not much ingredients involve and also time-saving. I better say, try it at home.
- Olive oil
- Coriander leaves
- Lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper
- Red chili flakes
- Preheat oven to 420 Fahrenheit. Take an aluminum sheet placed it in the baking tray.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, lemon juice, coriander leaves, salt, crushed black pepper and red chili flakes.
- Place the Salmon and spoon evenly on either side with the mix stuff properly. Keep it aside for around 15-20minutes.
- Keep the filet on the tray, and put it in the oven and bake it to say 15minutes until the salmon is cooked. (A tip – don’t overcook the fish as it will taste dry.)
Enjoy the fish with a glass of wine.
