Spinach chicken spaghetti – light, healthy and a quick one for lunch or dinner. It’s easy and does add superb flavor contains vegetables and protein. According to me, a good pasta is when it is made with fresh tomatoes, more garlic, green spinach, basil or you can replace it with some fresh cilantro as well. So I made this one delicious and amazing meal and to my surprise, my husband really loved it a lot though he doesn’t like pasta much. So here it goes..

Boneless chicken (small pieces)
Boil the spaghetti in a saucepan with some salt and oil into it. Take another pan, add the chicken pieces with salt and pepper until it is cooked through.
Then comes the next step, pour some refined vegetable oil or better if you have olive oil. Add garlic, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, fresh spinach and chicken with little salt and black pepper to taste, (can add red chili flakes for spicy flavor) cook on medium heat about 5 minutes. Now continue with adding some pasta sauce (easily available in the market). Cover with lid and meanwhile get your boil spaghetti ready.
The last step is to add the drained spaghetti pasta to the chicken and vegetable sauce, mix it well and turn off the heat.
Enjoy with a glass of wine.
