Oven roasted corn on the cob

A perfect corn on the cob is when it is perfectly roasted. Seriously, butter spread over the top with sprinkled salt and pepper and squeeze some lemon juice – sounds good and taste amazing I bet. Corn is my all-time favorite. We call it “Bhutta” in Hindi. I remember my dad used to bring it for me every Saturday evening from the market. Ah! Good old memories. Roasting in the oven is easy I figured out.

  • Butter
  • Corn on the cob
  • Salt and cracked pepper
  • Lemon juice

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the corn on a tray, directly into the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Gently brush melted butter, sprinkle salt and cracked pepper. Put some lemon juice as well.
  • Enjoy the hot and crisp corn on the cob.
